Q. Is Knicks® a fair-trade brand?
Knicks values are based on fair trade. Knicks are produced locally for the local UK market. It means that all employment and Health and Safety regulations are strictly kept, as well as personal care of the people who care for producing them and shipping them to your door.
Colours
Q. What colours are available?
At this stage you can choose between mixed boxes of Cherry, Violet and Black, or Black only. In the very near future we will add a range of Nude colours. Is there any particular colour you would like us to add? Please tell us at customerservice@knicksrevolution.com
Deliveries
Q. What should I do if the product came damaged?
If a product is damaged tell us at customerservice@knicksrevolution.com and we'll arrange to send you a replacement immediately.
Q. Is delivery free for my first 3 pack order?
YES! your delivery for both a trial box and future subscription boxes are FREE.
Q. Are deliveries always free for the subscription boxes?
YES! Deliveries for the monthly subscription (6 pairs) are brought to your door FREE
Health & Sustainability
Q. Are Knicks® sustainable?
The Knicks panties are almost 100% biodegradable. The built in pad, like most of the high performance pads in the world, is not yet fully biodegradable, but we are working constantly to provide 100% sustainable products in the very near future.
Q. Can I put Knicks® in the washing machine?
Please avoid putting Knicks in the washing machine. Knicks are a one-time product.
Q. How do I dispose of knicks?
It's easy to dispose Knicks. After use you just fold them, so that the pad stays inside the knickers, and bin them.
Q. What are Knicks made of? Do they contain harmful chemicals?
Knicks do not contain harmful chemicals. All the polymers we use are water based (no detergents) and approved by global regulations. The fibers are made of viscose (which are made from natural sources).
How do Knicks® work?
Q. What is unique about Knicks® – knicker+pad – concept?
Knicks are made of 2 unique elements, especially developed and put together, to maximize protection performance: Knickers and pad.
The knickers - are made by the innovative 3D printing Cosyflex technology, allowing a soft and hugging structure, which brings the pad close to your body, with no gaps between your body and the pad, no room for leaks. The knickers design protects the crotch area, the most vulnerable area for leakages, as it has a wider than usual 'gusset' (the insert added to every knickers in the crotch) with inner, over the hips, coverage.
The pad - our pads are especially designed for the Knicks. They are longer than usual pads and have an ergonomic shape, all to protect you from leakages. Although they are thin, they are built out of the most absorbent materials. The pad is glued to the knickers during the automated manufacturing process, making sure that whatever you do, the pad will always stay in place and keep its shape (no wrinkles), so close to your body. Together, they provide confidence, comfort and style.
Q. How to wear Knicks®?
Putting on knicks is as simple as putting on your regular knickers.
Some tips for maximum coverage:
- Take care not to tear them with your nails
- Make sure that the fabric beside the pad is slightly covering the inner side of your hips
- Pull them up as shown in the diagram making sure they are sitting well
Q. Can I wear Knicks® at night?
Knicks are fabulous for night-time! Wearing them will allow you to move freely and have a peaceful sleep, without needing to change during the night.
Q. Do I need to wear normal underwear on top of Knicks®?
Knicks replace your normal underwear.
Integral pad
Q. Are Knicks® available with several pad absorbents levels?
At this stage Knicks are available with one absorbency pad, catering for up to 8 hours of heavy periods and moderate tricky bladders.
Q. Can I replace only the pad?
Knicks® is a "Pad & Knickers" duo. The pad is not meant to be separated from the knickers. If you remove the pad the fabric of the knickers will tear.
Payments
Q. Do you accept PayPal payments?
Sorry, PayPal payments are not accepted. Please let us know if you have any problem with the payment methods our shop provides.
Q. Can I pay in advance for several months and receive a special discount?
At this stage your subscription payments will be deducted from your account every month. We will notify you well in advance, so that you can make changes or cancel.
Periods / Tricky bladder / pregnancy / post-delivery
Q. Can Knicks® be used for urinary incontinence or light bladder leaks?
Our Knicks are designed to protect you as well! Our unique pad is outstandingly built to cater for periods as well as bladder issues. Try them 'as you go' to learn how best they can protect you.

Yes! Our Knicks are designed to combat both! the unique built-in pad is outstandingly constructed to cater for periods as well as bladder issues. Try them 'as you go' to find how well they can protect you. Use them when you need, no one needs to know what for.
Q. Can I use the Knicks® during pregnancy if I suffer from urine leaks?
Knicks are there for you during pregnancy times as well as post-delivery issues. Their low waist design is great for your changing body shape.
Q. Are Knicks® good to protect me from post-delivery bleeding?
Yes! Knicks are performing brilliantly for post-delivery as well as for other feminine gynecological situations.
Q. Are Knicks® also suitable for teenagers?
Teenagers will love Knicks! They will give them a real peace of mind, while at school, during P.E and dancing classes, social activities, holidays and so much more. Let them have the confidence they deserve.
Sizes
Q. How do I pick the right size underwear?
To pick the right size - S, M, L. please see in our shop the relevant UK size information. What should I do if the size I picked is not fitting me?
Let us know and we'll send you a smaller or larger size. In case you picked L and need a larger size, or you picked S and need a smaller size, get in touch and we'll personally take care of you.
Q. Can I get Knicks® in larger or smaller sizes (XL, XXL, XS, XXS) ?
At this stage Knicks are available in S, M, and L sizes.. In the very near future Knicks will be available in both larger and smaller sizes. However, if you are looking for a bigger size, as they are very stretchy you might find them suitable even in an L
Q. Can I get Knicks® in personalized body fitting?
Knicks can be designed as a personalized product. Please get in touch and we'll see what we can do for you.
Styles
Q. Do Knicks® come in more than one style?
At this stage Knicks are provided in one, low waistline, style. We picked this style, for sustainability reasons, as we wanted to reduce the amount of fabric disposed.
In the future Knicks will appear in other styles too, to fulfil our customers fashion desires. Let us know which Knicks style you would like to have and we'll let you know when they are ready to go.
Subscriptions
Q. How can I cancel my subscription?
Want to cancel your monthly subscription? It is easy:
Go to the Knicks shop knicksrevolution.com > 'log in' to 'My Knicks' ( icon on the page header by the cart) > enter your email address and password > 'Manage Subscription' (on the left side, below your name) > now you may choose from two options:
1. Within the frame showing your subscription details, choose 'Pause Subscription'.
2. Below the frame there is a list of options; choose 'Cancel Subscription'. As long as you are subscribed, we'll send you a reminder every month that your subscription box will be prepared for you, unless you wish to cancel your subscription.
Q. Can I buy only the mini box trial pack?
At this stage the trial box is a part of the special deal. However, if, after receiving the trial box, you prefer not to get the monthly subscription box, you can easily cancel it.
Q. Is the £29.99 subscription inclusive of VAT?
£29.99 is the final price. Nothing will be added on top of it.
Q. If I subscribe, will I get them every month automatically?
Subscription boxes will be delivered every month to your door, as long as you do not cancel your subscription.
Q. Will I get them always directly to my door?
Directly to you door delivery is the service we provide, unless you discuss with us another way of shipment, in which case we will have to look into the relevant costs.
Q. Is the price per month of £29.99 valid only for the first month?
£29.99 is your monthly subscription cost for a 6 pairs Knicks box, delivered every month to your door.
Q. How can I change the colours in the subscription box from one month to the other?
You can change the colours to another option of the available sets (Black or Mixed).
